Forum house rules.

Welcome to the Poligrip Community. This is a discussion forum where you can share insights about wearing or preparing to wear dentures, and getting the most out of your new smile. Please stick to the topic of dentures.

It is intended for those over 18 years of age who reside in the UK. Any comments from those under the age of 18 or residing outside of the UK will not be posted and user accounts will be closed.

This discussion forum is monitored. Because of the monitoring, your comment may not appear right away. It could take up to 24 hours for your comment to be reviewed against these House Rules.

Prohibited Comments

The following types of comments are never permitted:

  1. Abusive, threatening, or defamatory comments or those that incite hatred against any social, religious or ethnic group.
  2. Offensive content (including usernames) such as sexually explicit or indecent comments, obscenities, and profanities.
  3. Potentially libellous or defamatory postings.
  4. Anything potentially in breach of copyright. All comments that include images or videos will be removed.
  5. Criticism of GlaxoSmithKline, its products or the pharmaceutical industry.
  6. Content that could be in contempt of court.
  7. Comments that condone or promote illegal activities.
  8. Spamming (i.e. the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times).
  9. Giving out or requesting personal details (such as your email, phone number, password or address), links to social networking sites or arranging real-life meetings.
  10. Advertising, commercial promotion or campaigning of any kind.
  11. Comments not written in the English language.
  12. Providing links to other sites that would contravene the House Rules.
  13. A username that breaks any of the above rules, or can be mistaken for a site administrator, or can be confused with a public figure or brand.

Poligrip Product Comments and Questions

This discussion forum is intended for use by consumers. GSK will not ordinarily intervene in any conversation threads but retains the right to do so. Specifically, if any comments are posted that contain questions about how to use Poligrip products or imply using Poligrip products in a way that is contrary to any usage instructions for the product. GSK will consider posting the question along with the correct advice to ensure all visitors to the website receive accurate and consistent advice about using Poligrip products. As an alternative to posting a comment on the discussion forum, if you have any questions or comments about using Poligrip products, please call 020 804 72 700 or send us an email via the Contact Us section of the Site. Side Effects

Any comments which mention side effects from using Poligrip products will not be posted if we consider that we require further information and need to follow up with the consumer directly.
