You've got to try and relax about it, it’s inevitable obviously if you’ve been told you’ve got to have dentures.

Do you have any hints or tips to give other denture wearers?

You’ve got to try and relax about it, it’s inevitable obviously if you’ve been told you’ve got to have dentures, and I think you’ve just got to try and relax, and think, well, it’s going to be ok. Get support, I think that’s quite important, I think that is very important, have somebody perhaps in the family or a friend.

Stick the Poligrip in them. That does make it more comfortable I have to say it does because it softens the hardness I suppose of the plastic, or whatever they're made of .

How has Poligrip affected your life?

It’s helped me by feeling more confident, more comfortable, and that’s about all you need isn’t it? I’ve really enjoyed the stuff it’s great, and that’s serious, I do use it I have used it.
