When did you start using a fixative?

I must have seen an advertisement or something or even in the pharmacy you go in you see there’s quite a few on show. Well you need to be comfortable and sure that your teeth aren’t going to move. I think the first time I was very aware that they might be moving is because I’ve always got my mouth open you know you moan I sing and that is something that you’ve got to be confident with.

What would you say to someone who has to get dentures?

It’s just a question of perseverance. It’s not going to be easy, again, relax and just think well ok tomorrow it’s going to feel a little bit better than today, and tomorrow after that’s going to be great.
